Seminars will be given by Owner of Muse Wellness Company Tasha Manigo-Bizzell, who was obtained through a joint grant the organizations received from the United Way of Charles County. Seminars will cover topics such as “Common Health Myths,” “Food Swaps,” “Weight Loss” and “How to Pick the Right Eating Plan.” All sessions will take place at the library’s Waldorf West Branch in Meeting Rooms A & B from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM on Mondays.
