Individual Support Services (ISS):
Individual Support Services cover a wide variety of services. Individual Support Services are unique in that the services are tailored to fit an individual’s needs and desires. Many individuals are interested in having staff come into their homes to assist with daily living skills or to provide assistance with leisure activities. Individual Support Services can be a one-time service or an ongoing service which may include respite care, assistance with shopping, in-home services, transportation, assistance with medical appointments or obtaining benefits and other resources within the community.

Transportation:
Spring Dell encourages independence, by having individuals participate in arranging their daily transportation through community supports. All other options should be explored prior to requesting transportation services from Spring Dell. This is especially critical for individuals in the Employment/Vocational program. Individuals may be provided round trip transportation between their homes and community jobs, on a space available. To offset the high cost of transportation in a large rural area, individuals are asked to a make a monetary donation to assist with the transportation expenses.
