Employment Services
We help individuals with developmental disabilities find jobs aligned with their interests and abilities, providing support to ensure job success and fostering positive workplace relationships. As individuals grow more skilled, support is gradually reduced, with ongoing assistance available as needed.
Transportation
Spring Dell Center promotes independence by encouraging individuals, often with the assistance of their caregivers and families to arrange their own transportation through community resources, public transportation, friends, co-workers and family members. Spring Dell will make every effort to provide transportation to jobs and programs when other options aren’t available.
