Spring Dell Center provides comprehensive Employment Services designed to support people with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. Our services include discovery services, job development, follow along supports, and ongoing job supports to ensure success in the workplace. Follow-along supports are designed to assist participants with disabilities in maintaining and succeeding in competitive, integrated employment after securing a job.
