Established in 1967, Spring Dell is a non-profit dedicated to connecting people with disabilities to the community and employment in Charles County. If this is your first time applying anywhere in the State of Maryland, you need to have applied for and been approved for funding through the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). Information and DDA applications can be obtained at DDA’s website or via the links below.

If you are eligible for funding from the DDA, you should have been assigned a coordinator of community services (CCS) who will assist you in accessing our services. The CCS, applicant, or the applicant’s family member can contact us at 301-934-4561 to learn more about Spring Dell’s servies or how to apply to Spring Dell. Our staff can also assist you with information about DDA and services at Spring Dell.
