Career Bridges is a transition to work program that lasts for nine (9) months. The Career Bridges Program is an internship initiative aimed at empowering adults with disabilities by providing them with an intensive nine (9) months of hands-on work experience, personalized support, and the tools they need to succeed in the workplace. Our program is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, enhance their skills, and explore career opportunities. Career Bridges will prepare those who go through the program with skills that match labor needs in today’s integrated workforce.

Eligibility:

  • Diagnosed with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability
  • Eligible and/or enrolled in a waiver program with the Department of Disabilities Administration (Maryland)

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are due July 11, 2025.
