Employment Programs

At Spring Dell Center, we understand that every person deserves a fulfilling and purpose-driven day – one that is not only engaging but also meaningful. Spring Dell’s Day Services provide people with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to explore their interests, develop life skills, and connect with their community in a supportive and enriching environment.

Day Habilitation

Spring Dell’s Day Habilitation program provides participants with opportunities to develop life skills, foster self-advocacy, and increase independence. Participants engage in structured activities that promote personal growth, community participation, and lifelong learning. When needed, we provide nursing oversight to ensure the safety and well-being of each participant.

Community Development Services (CDS)

Spring Dell’s CDS program supports participants in accessing and participating in their communities through skill-building, social engagement, and opportunities that promote independence and meaningful connections. Services are delivered in small groups, with a focus on learning through real-life experiences such as volunteering, using public resources, and exploring interests in the community.
